My path began in 2019 after a spiritual awakening that shifted the direction of my life. I began looking more closely at my behaviors, the patterns I was repeating, and the beliefs I had been carrying, many of which were tied to trauma and long-standing survival responses. The loss of my mother had shaped much of my inner world, and that grief had been sitting in the background for years, showing up in ways I sometimes didn’t recognize. This recognition led to the separation from the father of my children, and I was forced to confront everything I had been avoiding. I spiraled into a depression and knew I needed deeper support, something that could help me reconnect with myself in a real and lasting way.
I turned to the healing properties of plant medicines and committed fully to the process, diving into inner work while building a relationship with the plants. The changes I experienced made me feel a deep sense of responsibility and gratitude to the Earth, which led me to begin volunteering and supporting ceremonies, wanting to be of service and give back in a way that honored the path that had opened for me.
During this same period, I lost my father, and his passing is what led me to the jungles of Peru, where I completed my first master plant dieta under the guidance of Shipibo Maestra Olinda Cauper. Since then, I’ve completed several plant dietas and continue studying curanderismo through my work with her and master plants.
I now collaborate with my maestra, supporting her retreat center and helping guide others through their processes. I support individuals during their own dietas in the jungle and also lead my own groups, offering in-person guidance, translation, and support throughout. Along side this I also co-facilitate ceremonies and assist with both preparation and integration for those working with sacred medicines.
Over the years, I’ve studied epigenetics, ancestral and intergenerational trauma and healing, Vedic astrology, and herbalism, just to name a few. Although I’ve completed trainings, certifications, and invested in many retreats and ceremonies, what holds the most weight for me is lived experience. My qualifications come from my personal journey, the years I’ve dedicated to this work, and the time I’ve spent sitting in these spaces.
Healing is not something we do alone because we never truly heal in isolation. Every step we take toward our own healing ripples outward. It touches our families, our communities, and the collective. This work raises the consciousness of humanity, not through force, but through remembrance. When we come into relationship with these medicines, we’re not seeking rescue. We’re remembering how to live in deeper connection with ourselves, with nature, and with each other.
I’m here to support those who are feeling lost, disconnected, or in need of deeper guidance. Those who feel the call but don’t know where to begin. This path is not easy, but you don’t have to walk it alone. I walk alongside you as someone who’s done the work, who continues to do the work, and who honors the courage it takes to return to yourself.
